These Terms govern your use of TradeOS, a market data and risk management platform operated by TradeOS Technologies LLC ("TradeOS", "we", "us").

1. Service description

TradeOS provides a depth-of-market display, pre-session risk rule enforcement, session analytics, and optional AI-assisted post-session review for retail futures traders. TradeOS is not a broker-dealer or FCM.

2. No investment advice

Nothing TradeOS displays, generates, or suggests constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice. All trading decisions are solely yours.

3. Risk acknowledgement

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You agree that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred while using the service.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the paid period.
