TradeOS Technologies LLC respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Trading credentials
Your Rithmic login is stored locally on your device only. It is never transmitted to or stored on TradeOS servers.
2. Account data
We store your email, subscription status, and session analytics (rule adherence, trade counts, anonymized P&L) to power the product.
3. AI coaching
If you enable AI coaching, prompts are sent directly to Anthropic using your own API key. TradeOS does not retain prompt content.
4. Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing nick@tradeostechnologies.com.
